  • Outside mount means the window treatment is installed outside the window casing, usually on the wall or molding.

* Bracket Type

  • Top/ceiling mount brackets are used for inside-mount installations to attach the window treatment to the top of the window casing. They can also be used for outside-mount installations to attach to the window treatment to the ceiling when there isn't enough wall space above the window.
  • Wall/back mount brackets are used for outside-mount installations to attach the window treatment to the wall above the window. Ideal for situations where the window casing isn't large enough for mounting.
